Dr. Vijayam Ravi

Dr. Vijayam Ravi is a prominent educationist and senior educational consultant whose dedication and passion for the field of education has left an indelible mark on the academic landscape. With a distinguished career spanning several decades, Dr. Ravi’s contributions to the field of education are both remarkable and far-reaching. Dr Ravi holds a double PhD -one in Education and the other in Philosophy, and several Post graduate qualifications to her credit and about 40+ years of experience in different roles.
As an educator, Dr. Ravi held various leadership positions in educational institutions, corporates as Director, Chairman and Managing Director, Trustee, Advisor , where she has implemented innovative curricula, encouraged teacher development, and fostered an environment that nurtured intellectual curiosity. Her vision extended beyond the classroom, Dr Ravi, as a senior educational consultant, a professor of eminence and Research guide in MGM University, Consultant for MGM Group of Schools Aurangabad, empanelled trainer for Harper Collins, and Adjunct faculty at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. One of her many strengths is her ability to train future leaders, principals and teachers online and offline, she has enpowered over 25000 teachers and principals. Dr. Ravi is an educational Evangelist in the true sense.
Mr. Nikke Keskinen
Director, Academics at Goenka Global Education
Mr. Nikke Keskinen has started as the Director Academics at Goenka Global Education and as the Principal of Finland International Schools in Pune and South Mumbai. He is a Master of Education from Tampere University, Finland, and he holds a Certificate in Educational Administration from the Finnish National Agency of Education.
His previous international leadership positions were in Almaty, Kazakhstan, as the Principal of an innovative PBL school High Tech Academy; in Baku, Azerbaijan, working for an educational start-up project, and in Doha, Qatar, as the General Manager and Head of Qatar-Finland International School.
His versatile 30-year working experience covers class teaching and principal duties,. He has also served as a Manager of Early childhood education, Basic education and Special education in the City of Hämeenlinna, Finland.
