EduCluster Finland, headed by Ms. Kati Loponen has wide-ranging experience in co-creating inspirational, functional, and sustainable international learning communities with partners across the globe. Through these extensive partnerships, EduCluster Finland has pinpointed defining elements of Finland’s education concept that complement other education systems.

We are honored to partner with Goenka Global Education in the Indian education field already in two locations. The first Finland International School in India was established in Pune 2022 and now we are delighted to start a school transformation project here in Thane.
The primary task of a school is to prepare young people for life and future regardless of they hold. The knowledge of traditional subject-related content is no longer sufficient. Life is in constant change and people must be able to adapt. At Finland International School (FIS) Thane, learning life skills together with the academics is at the heart of our innovative pedagogy. The Principals and  mentor teachers from Finland will support local teachers to implement the progressive Finnish methods in their teaching – assuring our students can reach their full potential, now and in the future.
