Skill Integration
At Finland International School, Thane, holistic development of students happens through integration of skills and co curricular value based activities.
FIS gives experiential facilities for indoors & Outdoors games for e.g Cricket,Football, BasketBall, Badminton, Kabaddi, Gym Fitness, strengthening & Conditioning Fencing, Taekwondo, Swimming ,Table Tennis Carrom, Chess. Students are encourage to participate at various Inter School, state, national Level Sports and other literary and cultural activities
The school also provides after school training in above activities with the best faculty in the industry, this empowers students who wish to pursue careers in specific areas.
School will soon be introducing some more activities like Yoga, Speech & Drama, instrumental and Vocal Music & Classical Dance, Languages ( Sanskrit, Modi Script) AI (Artificial Intelligence), Digital Designing in Fabrics. The school is always in the pursuit upgrading its approach towards latest technological advancements that would prepare future ready citizens for a borderless world.
As a part of regular learning the school has include crafts like woodcraft, sewing, swimming, home economics, art and craft, music and dance.
